Who can play?
Age
All dogs must be at least 10 weeks old with their first two sets of shots and bordatella vaccine.
Sex
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by six months old.
Shots
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies and bordatella (kennel cough). Copies of vet records are required for enrollment. Dogs must have received DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) vaccination within the past eleven months and Bordatella within the last 6 months.
All dogs must be in good health and on a regular flea and tic prevention program. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the past 30 days. On admission, all dogs must be free of any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the past 30 days will require a veterinarian’s certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
Behavior
All dogs must be non-aggressive, people and dog friendly and not food or toy possessive. Please remember that your dog will be spending time playing and interacting with other dogs and that their safety and health are our main concern.
Newly Adopted Dogs
Newly adopted dogs that are five months or older must have lived with their new owner for at least 30 days before enrolling in daycare.
Dog Restrictions
We will only accept Pit bulls, American Staffordshire terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs of any kind, Rottweilers and Dobermans if they are 4 months old or less. If they are older than 4 months we require a written referral and a reference call to a daycare they have attended regularly since they were a puppy or for at least one year.
Application
All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date application and copies of vet records on file. There is a $27.00 non-refundable fee for the initial consultation and five hour temperament screening.
Reservations
Reservations are strongly suggested. Preference will be given to dogs attending full time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees. Dogs must be dropped off by 10:00 am.
